We operate a parking permit scheme for a limited number of homes in the locations listed below. Some spaces are in car parks attached to the properties, and some are on the roadside.
You can apply for a resident’s permit, a visitor’s permit, or both – you can only have one of each. Permits cost £31 each per year and are valid from 1 April to 31 March.
Eligible addresses
Resident’s and visitor’s permits are available for addresses at:
- Amblecote House

Discounted permits
A 50% reduction on the cost of your permit is available for:
- vehicles with CO2 emissions under 75g/km – applicable to resident’s permits only
- residents who receive PIP Mobility or Attendance Allowance – applicable to visitor’s permits only
You will be asked to provide proof that you are entitled to the discounted cost as part of your application.
If you are unsure whether your vehicle meets the CO2 emissions standard, check your vehicle emissions on the Vehicle Certification Agency website.
Apply for or renew a permit
If you are eligible for a permit, use our online form to apply for one or to renew your existing permit.
If you have been issued a visa under one of the Ukraine visa schemes, check our information for guests from Ukraine for more information about your vehicle.
You are responsible for ensuring that the address and vehicle details you provide are correct and that the vehicle is road legal, with a current MOT, tax and insurance. If you do not do this, your permit will be invalid and we will not issue a refund.
Evidence
If you apply for a resident’s permit, you must upload a copy or photo of your vehicle’s V5C log book. This acts as your proof of address and also whether your vehicle is low-emission, if applicable. We will reject your application if the address on the log book does not match the address you provide in the form.
If you apply for a discounted visitor’s permit, you must upload proof that you receive Attendance Allowance or the mobility part of Personal Independence Payment. The document should include your name and account number.
We cannot process your application until we receive these documents. If you cannot attach them here, email them to us and quote the reference number from your form.
Payment
If you applied for a discounted permit, we will check your application and contact you to confirm the cost.
If you are not eligible for a discounted permit, you must pay for your parking permit before we will process your application. You will need your reference number to make the payment.
